FELONY FUGITIVE WARRANT – ST. MARY PARISH – I.C.E. ARREST – FRANCIS LEE BOUDREAUX FUGITIVE WARRANT- SHAUNTELL NICOLE HARTDEGEN
BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Frances Lee Boudreaux, 37, of 128 Pond Drive, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, on felony fugitive warrants from St. Mary Parish.
A uniformed patrol deputy, working I.C.E. duty in the Bayou L’Ourse area, observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of the vehicle on Monday.
The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Shauntell Nicole Hartdegen, 38, of 115 Elaine Street, Bayou L’Ourse, LA. Hartdegen’s driver’s license was suspended and it was determined that she was wanted on a fugitive warrant for St. Mary Parish.
The deputy also made contact with a passenger identified as Frances Lee Boudreaux. Deputies determined that Boudreaux was wanted in St. Mary Parish on felony fugitive warrants for failure to appear. Frances Lee Boudreaux was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a fugitive warrant for:
*Failure to Appear – St. Mary Parish on charges of:
-Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Illegal Use, Consumption, Possession or Distribution of Controlled Dangerous Substances in the Presence of Persons Under the Age of 17
Frances Lee Boudreaux was transferred to the custody of St. Mary Parish.
Shauntell Nicole Hartdegen was booked int the Assumption Parish Detention Center on fugitive warrants for multiple traffic attachments.
Hartdegen was transferred to the custody of St. Mary Parish.
