FELONY THEFT – JESSICA PAIGE SMITH

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jessica Paige Smith, 37, of 207 Vivian Street, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, on felony theft charges arising from a complaint deputies investigated on June 16, 2024 in Bayou L’Ourse.

On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Vivian Street in reference to the theft of a PlayStation 5. The complainant advised that he had been in a relationship with Jessical Paige Smith, and they recently separated. When she vacated the complainant’s home, Jessica Paige Smtih allegedly stole the PlayStation 5.

At the completion of the investigation, deputies secured a warrant for the arrest of Jessica Paige Smith.

On July 15, 2024, Jessica Paige Smith turned herself into the Assumption Parish Detention Center. Smith was booked on charges of:

Jessica Paige Smith was incarcerated and released on a $10,000 bond.
