FRESHMAN ORIENTATION PRESENTATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports that on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, the Sheriff’s Office Administrative and Criminal Investigative Divisions made an awareness presentation to the incoming freshmen class at Assumption High School related to numerous subjects.

The topics covered social media, sexting, cyber bullying, vaping, violent crime amongst youth, etc., all aimed at being proactive in preventing harm to our school aged children.

Sheriff Falcon thanks all persons in attendance and encourages safe practices as it pertains to the above subjects.
