FUGITIVE ARREST – UINEKA LYNN HENDERSON

BELLE RIVER – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Uineka Lynn Henderson, 28, of 3615 McCall Road, Donaldsonville, LA, on felony fugitive warrants originating in Ascension Parish.

On Monday, December 01, 2025, a uniformed patrol deputy conducted a traffic stop on LA 70 near Belle River. During the investigating stop, deputies made contact with an individual now identified as Uineka Lynn Henderson. During a warrants check, it was determined that Uineka Lynn Henderson was wanted on a fugitive warrant from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear in Court on charges of Illegal Carrying of Weapons in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substances, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Obstruction of Justice, Criminal Contempt of Court.

Uineka Lynn Henderson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on the aforementioned charges and was released to the custody of the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on December 01, 2025.
