FUGITIVE ARREST – DEVIN COX

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Devin Cox, 31, of 314 Convent St., Labadieville, La., on warrants charging him with failure to appear as well as multiple fugitive warrants.

Devin Cox was arrested in Lafourche Parish and was transferred to the custody of Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on July 3, 2026.

Devin Cox was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on October 29,2024 on counts of:
-Possession of a Scheduled II Controlled Dangerous Substance to wit:
Methamphetamine
Bond set at $301.50 Cash Only

*Fugitive Warrant – St. Charles Parish
-Failure to Appear on counts of:
-Driving Under a Suspended Drivers License
-Speeding

*Fugitive Warrants – Livingston Parish
-Theft Valued over $25,000
-Simple Criminal Damage to Property Valued at $1,000 to $50,000.

Devin Cox posted the Assumption cash bond of $301.50 and was transferred to the custody of St. Charles Parish Correctional Center.
