FUGITIVE ARREST – FELONY CHARGES – LIVINGSTON PARISH – AUSTIN MICHAEL HUE
PIERRE PART– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Austin Michael Hue, 27, of 2605 Lee Drive, Pierre Part, LA, on felony fugitive warrants arising from a domestic incident in Livingston Parish.
Deputies received warrants from Livingston Parish for the arrest of Austin Michael Hue. This past weekend, deputies located Hue at a local RV park. When deputies approached Hue, he fled on foot.
A short time later, the deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 3300 block of LA 70. During the stop, the deputy recognized Hue as a backseat passenger and took him into custody.
Austin Michael Hue was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on fugitive warrants from Livingston Parish on charges of:
*Cruelty to Juveniles with Force or Violence
*Domestic Abuse Batter with Child Endangerment
Austin Michael Hue will be transferred to the custody of Livingston Parish.
