FUGITIVE ARREST – I.C.E. ARREST – WALTER J. OLIVER

PLATTENVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Walter J. Oliver, 33, of 1715 South White Street, New Orleans, LA, on a fugitive warrant from the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop on LA 70 East Saturday evening.

A uniformed patrol deputy assigned to the I.C.E. detail conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, now identified as Walter J. Oliver. The deputy conducted a warrants check on Walter J. Oliver and determined that Oliver was wanted by the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Walter J. Oliver was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Walter J. Oliver was transferred to the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office Prison Division.
