FUGITIVE WARRANT – FRANKIE JOSEPH WILLIAMS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Frankie Joseph Williams, 26, of 422 Manchester Manor, Thibodaux, LA on a fugitive warrant from Jefferson Parish following a traffic stop in the 4800 block of LA 308 near Napoleonville, LA on Friday.

A uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of that vehicle. The deputy made contact with the driver now identified as Frankie Joseph Williams. The deputy engaged Williams in an officer / violator interview. It was determined that Frankie Joseph Williams was driving under a suspended driver’s license and the vehicle was operating uninsured.

A criminal warrants check revealed that Frankie Joseph Williams was wanted by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Frankie Joseph Williams was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Speeding
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*Insurance Violation
*Fugitive – Jefferson Parish – Assault

Frankie Joseph Williams remains incarcerated pending transfer to the custody of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
