FUGITIVE WARRANT- FELONY CHARGES
THIBODAUX POLICE DEPARTMENT – J.C. THOMPSON, JR.
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of J.C. Thompson, Jr., 45, of 508 College Street, Napoleonville, LA, on felony fugitive warrants originating from the Thibodaux Police Department.
While on patrol, Sunday, deputies observed an individual identified as J.C. Thompson, Jr., walking in the area of St. Joseph Street in Napoleonville. Deputies were aware of outstanding warrants from Thibodaux City Police for J.C. Thompson, Jr.
Deputies located J.C. Thompson, Jr. hiding behind his residence at 508 College Street. J.C. Thompson, Jr. was arrested. During a protective pat down sweep of Thompson’s person, drug paraphernalia was seized.
J.C. Thomson, Jr. was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Fugitive Warrants – Thibodaux City Police Department – Violation of a Protective Order, Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment
Additionally, Thompson was issued a misdemeanor or summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
J.C. Thompson, Jr. was transferred to the custody of the Thibodaux City Police on Monday.
