FUGITIVE WARRANT – FELONY RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR FRAUD

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Nickolas James Morris, II, 31, of 121 Simone Street, Pierre Part, LA, on a fugitive warrant from St. Martin Parish for Felony Residential Contractor Fraud.

Deputies received the warrant on Wednesday afternoon and located Morris at his home late Wednesday night.

Morris was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Fugitive Warrant – Felony Residential Contractor Fraud

Morris will be transferred to the St. Martin Parish Jail to face those charges in that jurisdiction.
