FUGITIVE WARRANT – INDECENT BEHAVIOR WITH A JUVENILE

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Emanuel Francisco Romero Hernandez, 24, of 906 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, LA, on a felony fugitive warrant originating from the Morgan City Police Department.

On Tuesday afternoon, deputies were requested to assist the Morgan City Police Department in executing a felony sex crimes warrant in the Bayou L’Ourse area. Deputies were provided an arrest warrant charging Emanuel Francisco Romero Hernandez with Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile.

Deputies, accompanied by detectives from the Morgan City Police Department, went to a business in the 2500 block of LA 662 and did locate and arrest the suspect.

Emanuel Francisco Romero Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

*Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile

Emanuel Francisco Romero Hernandez remains incarcerated pending a transfer to the jurisdiction of the Morgan City Police Department.
