FUGITIVE WARRANT – PROBATION VIOLATION

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Gary Lee Davis, 39, of 1000 East Willow Street, Lafayette, LA, on a warrant charging him with a probation violation.
Gary Lee Davis was convicted of Third Offense D.W.I. on September 28, 2022, in Assumption Parish. As a result of that conviction, Gary Lee Davis was placed on supervised probation for three (3) years and ordered to abide by special conditions as set forth by the Louisiana Probation and Parole Department and subsequently ordered by the Twenty-Third Judicial District Court.
On June 28, 2024, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Gary Lee Davis for violating the terms of his probation.
On August 11, 2024, Gary Lee Davis was arrested by Lafayette Louisiana City Police.
Gary Lee Davis was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on August 15, 2024.
Gary Lee Davis was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Probation Violation
Gary Lee Davis remains incarcerated and ordered held without bond.
