HOME INVASION / SECOND DEGREE BATTERY
PHOEBE ANN JOSEPH
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Phoebe Ann Joseph, 51, of 155 Highway 1003, Belle Rose, LA, on felony charges arising from an incident on May 19, 2024, at a residence in the 200 block of Highway 1003 near Klotzville, LA.
Deputies were dispatched to the location and made contact with the complainant who advised that Phoebe Ann Joseph had forcefully entered his home and caused significant damage. Phoebe Ann Joseph also physically attacked the complainant and inflicted injury upon him.
At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies secured arrest warrants for Phoebe Ann Joseph.
On Thursday evening, Phoebe Ann Joseph was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Home Invasion
*Second Degree Battery
Phoebe Ann Joseph remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
