ILLEGAL DRUG DISTRIBUTION – JARON FLYNN FORET

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jaron Flynn Foret, 31, of 125 Pond Drive, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, arising from an ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation.

Narcotics agents conducting an illegal narcotics investigation determined that Jaron Flynn Foret was trafficking in illegal narcotics in Assumption Parish. Agents developed probable cause to apply for arrest warrants for Jaron Flynn Foret charging him with Distribution of Cannabinoids / Synthetic Marijuana and Distribution of Heroin.

Jaron Flynn Foret was arrested in St. Mary Parish and released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on September 27, 2024.

Jaron Flynn Foret was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Distribution of Heroin
*Distribution of Cannabinoids / Synthetic Marijuana
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on August 27, 2024, on Charges of Possession of Heroin

Jaron Flynn Foret remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
