INDECENT BEHAVIOR WITH JUVENILES

PIERRE PART –Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ryan Kraemer, 45, of 731 Highway 307, Thibodaux, LA, on Monday in connection with a complaint which deputies responded to in early June.

On June 5, 2019, deputies were dispatched to Pierre Part in connection with an underage teen female subject having received inappropriate sexually explicit material via electronic means.

The case was forwarded to the Detective Bureau who launched an in-depth investigation. Over the course of the probe, detectives were able to determine that Ryan Kraemer had sent lewd and lascivious material to the juvenile via electronic communication.

After completing the investigation, detectives filed for and received warrants charging Ryan Kraemer with the alleged crimes.

Detectives later learned that Kraemer was incarcerated in Ascension Parish for unrelated charges. Detectives did interview Kraemer at which time he acknowledged responsibility.

Ryan Kraemer was arrested on the Assumption Parish charges on Monday.

He was booked on charges of:

*Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile (1 Count)

He remains incarcerated pending a bond haring.
