INJURING PUBLIC RECORDS – LUIS EDUARDO ZELAYA

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Luis Eduardo Zelaya, 21, of 7202 Houma Highland Court, Houma, LA, on felony charges after he presented fraudulent documents while attempting to obtain a Louisiana driver’s license.

Deputies were dispatched to a local department of motor vehicles office and made contact with the office manager. The deputy was presented the documents and identified such as fraudulent.

Luis Eduardo Zelaya was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Luis Eduardo Zelaya remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
