INTENTIONAL CRIMINAL DAMAGES, TRESPASSING,
FAILURE TO APPEAR – BRITTANY MONIQUE TRUEHILL
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brittany Monique Truehill, 29, of 312 Canal Street, Napoleonville, LA, 70390, on felony charges dating back to March 01, 2021.
On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to the area in connection to an incident in which Brittany Monique Truehill was observed along with other individuals causing intentional damages to a vehicle belonging to another. As a result of that incident, deputies concluded that probable cause existed to file arrest warrants on Brittany Monique Truehill. The suspect left the area prior to deputies’ arrival.
On April 30, 2023, Brittany Monique Truehill was arrested by the St. James Parish Sheriff’s deputies. Truehill was transported to Napoleonville on Tuesday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property
*Criminal Trespass
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on June 14, 2021, on Charges of No Driver’s License and Driving Left of Center
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Charges of No Seat Belt and No Driver’s License
Brittany Monique Truehill remains incarcerated with bond set at $5,000 on the criminal damage charges. Bond on the failure to appear charges are set at $756.00, Cash Only.
