INVESTIGATIVE STOP – OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE- I.C.E. ARREST – KYLIE M. DUHON

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kylie M. Duhon, 37, of 3286 Ourso Road, Donaldsonville, LA, on felony obstruction charges arising from a vehicle stop on LA 308 near Belle Rose early Thursday.

A uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle suspiciously parked at a business establishment and two individuals nearby.

As the deputy approached, the subjects entered the vehicle and sped off, turning onto LA 308. The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle but the driver continued on. At some point, the passenger jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot.

The deputy made contact with the driver now identified as Kylie M. Duhon and arrested her.

Kylie M. Duhon was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Resisting an Officer by Flight
*Resisting an Officer
*Obstruction of Justice

Kylie M. Duhon posted a $20,000 commercial bond.
