MONETARY INSTRUMENT ABUSE
DRAKE ANTHONY KINKLE

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Drake Anthony Kinkle, 25, of 217 Heriard Street, Plattenville, La., in connection with a financial crime’s investigation.

On November 7, 2020, deputies responded to a complaint of an individual attempting to use a Louisiana Purchase card at a Pierre Part business after the card had been reported stolen or cancelled.

Upon investigation, it was determined that Drake Kinkle had attempted the transaction and the card did not belong to him.

Based on all information compiled, warrants were obtained for the arrest of Drake Anthony Kinkle. He was arrested on Tuesday night and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Monetary Instrument Abuse
*Unauthorized Use of a Food Stamp Card

Drake Anthony Kinkle remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
