MULTIPLE FELONY ARREST WARRANTS – KEVIN TRUEHILL
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kevin Truehill, 42, of 105 Kennedy Street, Napoleonville, La., on multiple felony arrest warrants as well as two warrants charging him with failure to appear in court on felony drug and gun law violations.
On February 13, 2026, narcotics agents and uniformed patrol deputies executed a search warrant on a residence located at 105 Kennedy Street near Napoleonville. The search warrant was part of an ongoing narcotics investigation which targeted Kevin Truehill for illegal drug activity at the time the search warrant was executed. There were numerous outstanding felony arrest warrants for Kevin Truehill.
As a result of that search warrant, agents seized crack cocaine and assorted drug paraphernalia. Kevin Truehill was not at the residence at the time. Narcotic agents obtained arrest warrants related to the drug seizure for the arrest of Truehill. The sheriff’s office entered Kevin Truehill into the National Crime Information Center as a wanted person.
On April 30,2026, Kevin Truehill was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in the state of Texas.
Kevin Truehill waived extradition proceedings and was released to Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 15, 2026. Kevin Truehill was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as follows:
*Warrant for:
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Warrant- Cruelty to Juveniles with Force or Violence
*Warrant- Battery of a Dating Partner
– Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
– Simple Criminal Damage to Property
*Warrant- Failure to Appear on Counts of:
– Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
-Obstruction Of Justice
*Warrant- Failure to Appear on Counts of:
-Possession of a Firearm/Carrying a Concealed Weapon by a Convicted
Felon
Kevin Truehill remains incarcerated with a bond set at $145,000.
