MULTIPLE FELONY WARRANTS – STANLEY VARNER, II
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Stanley Varner, II, 26, of 2611 Cardinal Elm Street, Fresno, Texas, on multiple felony warrants from Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office as well as multiple fugitive warrants throughout the Southeastern United States.
On or about November 14, 2023, the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Patrol Division and Detectives initiated an investigation in which Stanely Varner, II, was identified as a suspect related to felony theft, theft of motor vehicles (2 counts), and theft or criminal access to an automated teller machine.
As a result of that investigation, warrants were issued for the arrest of Stanley Varner, II.
Stanley Varner, II, was arrested in Harris County, Texas and the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office placed a detainer on Varner on August 1. 2024.
Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies transported Stanely Varner, II, back to Assumption Parish from Harris County, Texas on Thursday. Stanley Varner, II, was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Felony Theft Valued over $25,000
*Theft of Motor Vehicles (2 Counts) Valued at $5,000-$25,000
*Theft or Criminal Access to an Automated Teller Machine
Stanley Varner, II, remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
Additionally, upon satisfying local charges, Stanley Varner, II, is wanted by the Geneva County, Alabama Sheriff’s Office on multiple felony charges.
Stanley Varner, II, is also wanted by multiple jurisdictions in the State of Texas for numerous felony charges.
