NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION – SEARCH WARRANT
JAYSON A. DUET

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jayson A. Duet, 43, of 340 North Holly Road, Labadieville, LA, on felony drug charges arising from an ongoing narcotics investigation. As part of that investigation, agents developed information indicating that Jayson A. Duet was trafficking in illegal narcotics.

Agents developed probable cause sufficient to apply for a search warrant for a residence located at 340 North Holly Road. Agents were granted the search warrant and did search the property resulting in the seizure of narcotics and stolen property. The suspect was arrested.

Jayson a Duet was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Creation or Operation of a Clandestine Laboratory for the Unlawful Manufacture of
Controlled Dangerous Substances
*Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Probation / Parole Detainer
*Illegal Possession of Stolen Things

Jayson A. Duet remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
