NON-CONSENUAL DISCLOSURE OF A PRIVATE IMAGE
PAUL LEMON, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Paul Lemon, Jr., 39, of 506A Franklin Street, Napoleonville, LA on felony charges stemming from a March 3, 2021 complaint.

On the aforementioned date, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a complaint regarding the publication of explicit videos of the complainant / victim without that party’s consent.

Detectives commenced an investigation and confirmed that Paul Lemon, Jr. shared those videos without the consent of the victim and those images were intended by the victim to remain private.

At the conclusion of the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for the arrest of Paul Lemon, Jr.

The suspect, Paul Lemon, Jr. was arrested today and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Nonconsensual Disclosure of a Private Image – 3 Counts

Paul Lemon, Jr. remains incarcerated with bond set at $20,000.
