OPERATION, “FRESH CATCH” – DRUG ARRESTS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of six suspects charged by an Assumption Parish Grand Jury Tuesday on a variety of felony drug charges during Operation, “Fresh Catch”. This investigation has been ongoing for an extended period of time and targeted drug dealers accused of selling methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Suboxone and or possessing those drugs as well as Adderall.
The following suspects were arrested Thursday night and early Friday morning as per Grand Jury indictments:
– Clint Adam Landry, 46, of 159 North Bay Road, Pierre Part, LA, charged with:
*Distribution of Methamphetamine
Clint Adam Landry remains incarcerated with bond set at $100,000.
– Chance Michael Rivere, 32, of 139 Paul Street, Pierre Part, LA charged with:
*Possession with Intent to Distribute Adderall
Chance Michel Rivere remains incarcerated with bond set at $100,000.
-Nicole Lynn Gros, 45, 134 Mary Ann Street, Pierre Part, LA charged with:
*Distribution of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Fugitive Warrant
Nicole Lynn Gros remains incarcerated with bond set at $250,000
– John Edward Westerfield, 33, of 30449 Castor Lane, Donaldsonville, LA, charged
with:
*Distribution of Suboxone
*Probation Detainer
John Edward Westerfield remains incarcerated with bond set at $100,000 on the Distribution of Suboxone and ordered held without bond on the Probation Detainer.
-Katlyn Marie Landry, 29, of 6716 Highway 1, Belle Rose, LA charged with:
*Distribution of Methamphetamine
Katlyn Marie Landry remains incarcerated with bond set at $100,000.
– Seth Pujol, 35, of 2413 Lee Drive, Pierre Part, LA, charged with:
*Distribution of Suboxone – 2 Counts
Seth Pujol remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
Also arrested in Thursday night / Friday morning’s law enforcement operation was:
– Spencer Allen Chedotal, 31, of 114 North Curtis Street, Pierre Part, LA, charged by
warrant with:
*Distribution of Fentanyl
Spencer Allen Chedotal remains incarcerated with bond set at $150,000.
-Jamie Mark Landry, 54 of 106 Shane Street, Pierre Part, LA, charged with:
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Interfering with a Law Enforcement Investigation
*Resisting an Officer
Jamie Landry remains incarcerated with bond set at $120,000.
The investigation is continuing, and additional arrests are expected.
