PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATION – SEBASTIAN ANTHONY WEST, JR.
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Sebastian Anthony West, Jr., 22, of 6258 LA 44, Convent, LA, on a warrant charging him with a probation / parole violation.
Sebastian Anthony West, Jr., pled guilty on May 15, 2024, to a felony charge of Aggravated Flight in Assumption Parish. West was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years, with a special condition that he serve one year of home incarceration.
The sentencing Judge determined that Sebastian Anthony West, Jr. violated terms of the conditions of probation and therefore issued a warrant for his arrest.
Sebastian Anthony West, Jr. was arrested by the Baton Rouge City Police Department on February 24, 2025, and released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.
