PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATION – CALVIN TOBY LEBLANC
NAPOLEONVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Calvin Toby LeBlanc,44, of 4383 Sherwood St., Baton Rouge, La., on a warrant charging him with a probation / parole violation.
Calvin Toby LeBlanc was convicted of the crimes of bank fraud, distribution of methamphetamine, forgery, possession of methamphetamine in Assumption Parish on March 1, 2026.
As a result of those convictions, Calvin Toby LeBlanc was sentenced to three (3) years with the Department of Corrections, suspended and placed on supervised probation for three years. Calvin Toby LeBlanc was ordered to comply with specific conditions of probation. LeBlanc violated the terms of his probation resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on October 2, 2025.
Calvin Toby LeBlanc was incarcerated in Ascension Parish. On Wednesday, Calvin Toby LeBlanc was transferred to the Assumption Parish Jail where he was booked on a warrant for:
*Probation / Parole Violation
Calvin Toby LeBlanc then appeared in court in Assumption Parish where he submitted to a self probation revocation. Calvin Toby LeBlanc was returned to Ascension Parish Jail to begin serving a three-year sentence.
