PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATION – DON C. JEFFERSON, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Don C. Jefferson, Jr., 27, of 520 Centanni Road, Kenner, La., on a warrant charging him with a probation / parole violation.

Don C. Jefferson, Jr., was convicted of the crimes of Theft and Identity Theft on June 26,2026 in Assumption Parish. As a result of those convictions, Don C. Jefferson, Jr. was sentenced to a term of three years with the Department of Corrections, suspended and placed on supervised probation for three years and ordered to comply with special conditions.

Don C. Jefferson, Jr., violated the terms of his probation resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on June 30,2026.

Don C. Jefferson was arrested by the Kenner Police Department on July 11, 2026. Don C. Jefferson, Jr., was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on July 14,2026.

Don C. Jefferson, Jr., was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Probation / Parole Violation

Don C. Jefferson, Jr., was ordered held without bond.
