PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATOR – CRAIG M. BUSINELLE, JR.

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Craig M. Businelle, Jr., 32, of 197 Eagle Point Drive, Pierre Part, LA, charging him with a probation violation.

Craig M. Businelle, Jr. was convicted in Assumption Parish on April 6, 2023, on charges of Possession of Heroin and Possession of Methamphetamine. Businelle was placed on supervised probation for three years and was ordered to abide to special conditions of probation of which he violated resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

Craig M. Businelle, Jr. was arrested on May 01, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

Craig M. Businelle, Jr. remains incarcerated and was ordered held without bond.
