PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATOR – HENRY JOSEPH BROWN, JR.
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Henry Joseph Brown, Jr., 54 of 105 Anthony Dr., Thibodaux, La., on a warrant charging him with Probation / Parole Violation.
On August 26, 2025, Henry Joseph Brown, Jr. was convicted of the crime of possession of crack cocaine. Brown was sentenced to 18 months with the Department of Corrections, suspended and placed on 18 months of supervised probation and ordered to comply with special conditions of probation.
Henry Joseph Brown, Jr., violated the terms of probation resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on February 11, 2026.
The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office was notified on March 20, 2026, that the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office had stopped Henry Joseph Brown, Jr. in Thibodaux and the Assumption Parish warrant was confirmed. Henry Joseph Brown, Jr., was arrested.
On April 20, 2026, Henry Joseph Brown, Jr. was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office. Henry Joseph Brown, Jr., was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:
*Probation / Parole Violation
Henry Joseph Brown, Jr., was ordered held without bond.
