PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATOR
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Clint Adam Landry, 40, of 431 Shell Beach Road, Pierre Part, LA, after 23rd Judicial District Judge Alvin Turner, Jr., ordered him to jail for a probation / parole violation.
Clint Adam Landry, a convicted felon, pled guilty to possession of Klonopin on August 26, 2019. As a result of the plea, Clint Adam Landry was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation with the imposition of numerous conditions.
Louisiana Department of Probation and Parole requested an arrest warrant for Landry for failing to comply with those conditions.
Judge Alvin Turner. Jr. signed the arrest warrant and ordered that Clint Adam Landry be incarcerated without bond.
Landry was arrested on Monday, October 14, 2019 and incarcerated in the Assumption Parish Detention Center.
