PROBATION VIOLATOR – VICTORIA L. ARNOLD

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Victoria L. Arnold, 37, of 6933 Highway 1, Belle Rose, LA, on a warrant charging her with Violation of Probation.

Victoria L. Arnold was convicted of the crime of Theft (more than $1,000 but less than $5,000) on April 18, 2022 and sentenced to a term of three years with the department of corrections, suspended and placed on supervised probation. As part of the plea agreement, several conditions were imposed upon Victoria L. Arnold which she was court ordered to comply with.

Victoria L. Arnold failed to comply with those conditions resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on July 18, 2022.

Victoria L. Arnold was arrested on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Probation / Parole Violation

Victoria L. Arnold remains incarcerated and held without bond.
