PROBATION VIOLATOR – TIMOTHY JOSEPH HENDON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Timothy Joseph Hendon, 35, of 4345 Highway 70 South, Pierre Part, LA, on a warrant charging him with a probation violation.

Timothy Joseph Hendon was convicted in Assumption Parish on December 4, 2023, on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine. As a result of that conviction, Timothy Hendon was sentenced to 18 months with the Department of Corrections. That sentence was suspended, and Hendon was placed on supervised probation for 18 months with specific mandatory conditions. Timothy Joseph Hendon violated the conditions of his probationary period resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on January 30, 2025.

Timothy Joseph Hendon was arrested on February 11, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Timothy Joseph Hendon remains incarcerated and ordered held without bond.
