The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office main annex and all substations will be closed on Monday February 16, 2026 in observance of President’s Day and on Tuesday February 17, 2026 in observance of Mardi Gras.

All offices will be open for regular business at 8 A.M. on Wednesday February 18, 2026.

If you need to file a complaint or see a deputy during the holiday period, please call 985-369-2912. If you have an emergency please dial 911. The detention facility will remain open 24/7.
