RECKLESS DRIVING COMPLAINT – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
TREY ALLEN DUET

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Trey Allen Duet, 22, of 340 North Holly Road, Labadieville, LA, on felony charges arising from a traffic complaint near Labadieville on Thursday.

Deputies were dispatched to Delise Road in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies eventually located the vehicle in the area of Hardtime Road near Napoleonville. Deputies made contact with the driver, now identified as Trey Allen Duet.

A deputy / violator interview was conducted and at the conclusion, deputies believed that additional investigation was warranted.

A K-9 conducted an open-air sniff of the suspect vehicle and alerted positive for the presence of controlled dangerous substances. The vehicle was searched, and that process led to the seizure of a quantity of marijuana.

Trey Allen Duet was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle

Trey Allen Duet remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
