RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, FUGITIVE WARRANT
ALINE MARIE JOSEPH, DAVID T. LEVY
BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Aline Marie Joseph, 38, of 173 Frank Lane, Belle Rose, LA, on felony charges arising from a residential burglary which occurred on September 27, 2024, near Belle Rose.
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary of a residence. Detectives initiated an investigation and learned that Aline Marie Joseph was observed leaving the residence and in doing so, removing items from the residence. Detectives and deputies observed where forced entry had been made into the residence.
At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies obtained arrest warrants for Aline Marie Joseph.
Deputies arrested Aline Marie Joseph in Belle Rose on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Joseph was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Probation / Parole Detainer
Aline Marie Joseph is being held without bond on the Probation / Parole Violation and bond on the burglary charge is set at $30,000.
At the time Joseph was arrested, she was in the company of David T. Levy, 46, of 172 Frank Lane, Belle Rose, LA. Levy was arrested on a fugitive warrant from Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office for issuing worthless checks.
David T. Levy was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on the fugitive warrant. He was transferred to the custody of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
