SEARCH WARRANT
SEARCH WARRANT – KENTRELL DEMON THOMAS
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kentrell Demon Thomas, 41, of 306 Maple Street, Labadieville, LA, on felony charges after narcotics agents executed a search warrant at the aforementioned address.
As part of an ongoing investigation, agents obtained probable cause to apply for a search warrant for the property which was approved.
On Wednesday, agents converged on the address for the purpose of executing the search warrant. During that process, agents seized assorted drug paraphernalia, marijuana and two firearms. Kentrell Demon Thomas was a prior convicted felon and could not legally possess firearms.
Kentrell Demon Thomas was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon (2 Counts)
*Possession of Marijuana
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Charges of:
– Obstruction of Justice
– Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Kentrell Demon Thomas remains incarcerated with bond set at $25,000.
