SEARCH WARRANT – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
KENNEDY M. BREAUX, KIMBERLY LATIMER
PIERRE PART– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kennedy M. Breaux, 56, of 127 Verret Street, Pierre Part, LA on felony drug law violations following the execution of a search warrant at a Pierre Part residence on Monday night.
Narcotics agents, investigating illegal drug activity parish wide, determined that Kennedy M. Breaux was involved in illegal drug activity in the Assumption Parish area.
Through investigation, agents established probable cause to secure a search warrant for the aforementioned address.
On Monday evening, agents executed the search warrant and seized quantities of marijuana, methamphetamine, oxycodone and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Kennedy M. Breaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Marijuana – 1st Offense
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Oxycodone with Intent to Distribute
Kennedy M. Breaux remains incarcerated with bond set at $125,000.
Additionally, Kimberly Latimer was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released with a court date.
