SEARCH WARRANT, DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS, FUGITIVE ARREST
RYAN PAUL SIMONEAUX, RICHARD ANDREW MILLER

LABADEVILLE-ASSUMPTION – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Ryan Paul Simoneaux ,44, of 231 Highway 1011, Labadieville, LA., and Richard Andrew Miller, 47, of 36316 Weiss Road, Walker, LA., on felony criminal charges arising from an outgoing investigation.

In mid March of 2026, narcotics agents and detectives developed information indicating that Ryan Paul Simoneaux was in possession of a Harley Davidson motorcycle which had previously been reported as stolen from East Baton Rouge Parish. Information developed also indicated that Ryan Paul Simoneaux was trafficking in illegal narcotics at the address of 231 Highway 1011, near Labadieville.

Agents developed information sufficient to obtain a search warrant for the property located at 231 Highway 1011 and secured that search warrant on March 23,2026.

Agents and detectives executed the search warrant on March 23, 2026, and recovered a Harley Davidson motorcycle which was confirmed to have been reported stolen from East Baton Rouge Parish. Additionally, agents revealed a significant amount of methamphetamine and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Paul Simoneaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute
*Illegal Possession of Stolen Things (Felony)
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ryan Paul Simoneaux remains incarcerated with bond set at $125,000. At the time the search warrant was executed, agents arrested Richard Andrew Miller, 47, of 36316 Weiss Road, Walker, LA. on a fugitive warrant from West Baton Rouge Parish on charges of:

*Felony Theft

Richard Andrew Miller was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on March 23,2026 and transferred to the custody of the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office on March 24,2026.
