SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION VIOLATION

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jeremy Shaun Sketoe, 34, of 2419 Highway 308, Thibodaux, LA, on charges related to his failure to register and notify as a sex offender / child predator.

Jeremy Shaun Sketoe was convicted of Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile in Washington Parish in 2017. Sketoe was last registered in Assumption Parish in September of 2024.

During a violator registration check, it was determined that Jeremy Shaun Sketoe was not residing at the residence he was last registered at.

A warrant was issued for Jeremy Shaun Sketoe on May 22, 2025.

Jeremy Shaun Sketoe was arrested in Labadieville on Thursday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Register and Notify as a Sex Offender / Child Predator

Jeremy Shaun Sketoe remains incarcerated with bond set at $40,000.
