SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION VIOLATION – HUEY JOHN HUE

PIERRE PART– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Huey John Hue, 63, of 136 James St., Pierre Part, La., on felony charges of failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Huey John Hue was convicted of the crimes of Pornography Involving Juveniles and Indecent Behavior With Juveniles under the age of 17 on March 15, 2001. As a result of that conviction and release from incarceration, Huey John Hue was required to maintain his sex offender registration requirements.

Huey John Hue failed to comply with the registration requirements resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on April 28,2026.

Huey John Hue was arrested on Tuesday evening and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:
*Notification of Sex Offenders and Child Predators Required

Huey John Hue remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
