SEXUAL BATTERY – GERALD MYLES
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Gerald Myles, 55, of 186 Highway 1008, Napoleonville, LA, on felony sexual battery charges arising from an incident which occurred on or about May 30, 2026, at an assisted living facility near Napoleonville.
On June 1, 2026, deputies responded to a complaint at a facility for handicapped individuals in reference to a possible sexual related offense. Detectives initiated an investigation and learned that an individual at the assisted living facility who was a tenant may have been the victim of a sex related offense. Detectives were able to identify Gerald Myles as the suspect in the matter.
At the conclusion of the investigation, detectives secured an arrest warrant for Gerald Myles.
Detectives arrested Gerald Myles in Napoleonville on Tuesday and booked him into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
- Sexual Battery – Forcible Fondling, Sex Offense Registration Required
Gerald Myles remains incarcerated with a bond set at $20,000.
