SHERIFF LELAND FALCON PRESENTS 2022 SCHOLARSHIPS TO 17 STUDENTS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon presented 16 scholarship awards to graduating parish seniors on Thursday night at pre-graduation festivities.
“We hope that you value the educational experience you received over the last years. As you move forward in life, we recognize how hard each of you worked to reach your goal of graduating from high school. Please know that we have much admiration for your efforts. I encourage each and every graduate to either continue your education or work towards a career path in the work force,” Sheriff Falcon said.
The scholarship recipients are as follows:
*The Louisiana Sheriff’s Association’s $500 Scholarship was awarded to Krystin Sumpter.
The Sheriff Leland Falcon $500 Scholarship was awarded to Adly Ponville.
Sheriff Falcon also awarded scholarships to the following students:
*Serenity Worley * Abby Landry
*Peyton Barbera *Amber Fleming
*Anna Blanchard *Sydni Ourso
*Haley Castro *Dwalana Garner
*Molly Hebert *Morgan White
*Lily Guillot *Gabrielle Vaughn
*Maggie Landry
There were two students residing in Assumption Parish but graduating from Central Catholic High School. Those students are:
*Abbie Scully
*Shelbie Mabile
Sheriff Falcon awarded over $2500 in scholarship funds to graduating seniors this year.
