SHERIFF’S SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAMS CONCLUDE
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon announces the conclusion of the annual Summer Recreation Program.
The basketball camp in Pierre Part hosted 64 children and was held at the Pierre Part Elementary School.
The basketball camp in Napoleonville hosted 240 participants and was held at the Napoleonville Middle School.
The volleyball program hosted 140 youngsters and was held at the Assumption Parish Community Center.
In total 444 children attended the 2022 Sheriff Leland Falcon’s Summer Recreation Program.
“I am elated to see so many of our youngsters participate in this worthy program, and I look forward to having the program grow in coming years”, Falcon said.
Sheriff Falcon thanks all members of his staff, the Police Jury and School Board for the use of their facilities and Mr. Bruce Medine for his services of managing the Pierre Part program, as well as any other individuals who volunteered their time to participate.
Falcon also expressed his appreciation to all participants and their parents for showing interest in the programs.
