SIMPLE BURGLARY – HEATH MICHAEL AUCOIN
BELLE RIVER – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Heath Michael Aucoin, 41, 130 Simone Street, Pierre Part, LA, on felony burglary charges arising from a burglary in Belle River on or about December 28, 2022.
On the aforementioned date, Sheriffs deputies received information in reference to an individual having entered a structure attached to a camp at which time the subject allegedly stole items from a refrigerator. An investigation ensued and at some point, deputies were able to identify Heath Michael Aucoin as the suspect.
Based on evidence recovered, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Heath Michael Aucoin.
On January 12, 2023, Heath Michael Aucoin was arrested in Paincourtville and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Simple Burglary
Heath Michael Aucoin remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
