SIMPLE BURGLARY (5 COUNTS) – TREVOR JOSEPH LANDRY,
KYLE B. BELLARD, CALEB LIPARI

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff, Leland Falcon, reports the arrest of Trevor Joseph Landry, 21, of 6320 Highway 182, Franklin, LA on simple burglary charges arising out of multiple incidents which occurred at a Bayou L’Ourse business.

Additionally, warrants have been issued for the arrests of Kyle B. Bellard, 21, of 120 Columbus Street, Morgan City, LA and Caleb Lipari, 19, of 1804 K Street, Patterson, LA related to the same case. Both Lipari and Bellard are incarcerated in the St. Mary Parish jail and will be transported to Assumption Parish at a date to be determined.

On July 1, 2021, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a complaint in Bayou L’Ourse related to theft of materials valued at approximately $25,000. Detectives then furthered the investigation and were able to identify Trevor Joseph Landry, Kyle B. Bellard, and Caleb Lipari as suspects.

At some point, detectives, with the assistance of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Bellard’s 120 Columbus Street address and did recover and identify stolen property. It was further determined that the three suspects entered the business on 5 consecutive occasions and committed thefts therein.

Trevor Landry was arrested on Thursday and booked into the Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Simple burglary – 5 counts

Trevor Joseph Landry was released after posting $100,000 bond.
