SIMPLE BURGLARY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING

NAPOLEONVILLE –Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Warren Thomas, Jr., 55, of 171 Highway 1008, Apt. 15, Napoleonville, La., on felony charges related to the burglary of a home.

On Thursday, Deputies responded to a complaint in Napoleonville of a burglary in the St. Mary Street area.

During the process of the investigation, deputies were able to identify Warren Thomas, Jr. as a suspect.

Follow-up investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Thomas’ home and the recovery of electronics stolen in the burglary.

Warren Thomas, Jr. was arrested Thursday night and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center of charges of:

*Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling

Warren Thomas, Jr. was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
