STALKING / INDECENT BEHAVIOR WITH A JUVENILE
CLEMENT FABRE

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Clement Fabre, 42, of 188 Murial Street, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, in connection with the stalking and inappropriate contact with a juvenile.

Sheriff’s detectives commenced an investigation upon receiving a complaint that Fabre was lavishing the juvenile with gifts and had made inappropriate physical contact with the child.

Clement Fabre was questioned in connection with the investigation and made admissions to the allegations.

Fabre was arrested at the Detective Bureau on Thursday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Stalking (Crime of Violence)
*Indecent Behavior with a Juveniles (Sex Offense-Registration Required)

Clement Fabre was incarcerated in lieu of $175,000 bond.
