SUSPICIOUS PERSON COMPLAINT – DYLAN J. RIVERE

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dylan J. Rivere, 35, of 139 Paul Street, Pierre Part, LA, arising from a suspicious person complaint on Sunday.

Deputies responded to a call regarding an individual walking in people’s yards and talking to himself.

Deputies located Dylan J. Rivere and identified him as the subject of the complaint. Deputies attempted to detain Rivere and he resisted those efforts and was subsequently restrained and arrested.

Rivere was treated at a local medical facility for unspecified medical issues.

Rivere was arrested on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Resisting an Officer with Force or Violence

Dylan J. Rivere remains incarcerated pending bond proceedings.
