SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE, DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE – BLAKE FALCON, PATRICK J. LANDRY
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Blake Thomas Falcon, 44, of 461 Highway 400, Napoleonville, LA, on felony drug charges arising from a suspicious vehicle investigation in Pierre Part on Thursday afternoon.
A uniformed patrol deputy observed suspicious activity in the area of Marie Court. The deputy approached a subject who directed the deputy to the location of the vehicle operator identified as Blake Thomas Falcon. As the deputy approached Falcon, he discarded drug paraphernalia and fled into the home. As the deputy pursued Falcon in to the home, Falcon discarded several packages prior to being apprehended. The packages were recovered and found to contact suspected methamphetamine.
The deputy then made contact with Patrick J. Landry, 61, of 304 Shell Beach Road, Pierre Part, LA, as he attempted to remove items from the parked vehicle previously operated by Falcon. When ordered to cease, Landry refused and was taken into custody. Landry was released on a misdemeanor summons.
Blake Thomas Falcon was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Obstruction of Justice
*Resisting an Officer
*Detainer – Probation and Parole
Blake Thomas Falcon was ordered held without bond on the Probation and Parole detainer and bond on the remaining charges were set at $120,000.
Patrick J. Landry was issued a summons for resisting an officer and released with a court date.
