TRAFFIC INCIDENT – OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
SHAE ANN GUIDRY, JOSHUA J. ARCENEAUX
PLATTENVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Shae Ann Guidry, 32, of 3333 Golden Drive, Chalmette, LA and the citing of Joshua J. Arceneaux, 33, of 2326 Plaza Drive, Chalmette, LA, on charges arising from a Saturday afternoon Traffic incident on LA 70 East.
A uniformed patrol deputy observed a westbound vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of that vehicle. The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Joshua J. Arceneaux as well as the passenger, identified as Shae Ann Guidry and interviewed both.
The deputy observed Shae Ann Guidry ingest a substance from a medicine bottle which is believed to be a controlled dangerous drug. The deputy summoned medical assistance for Guidry which she refused. Guidry was arrested.
Joshua J. Arceneaux was determined to be driving under a suspended driver’s license. Arceneaux was cited for Speeding – 73 mph in a 55 mph Zone and Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License.
Shae Ann Guidry was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Obstruction of Justice
*Possession of Marijuana
Shae Ann Guidry was released on a $5,000 bond.
